Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. It is not necessary to be a registered customer to shop on this site. If you are a registered customer you will need to login to activate any discounts.
We accept credit card payment. We accept Visa and Mastercard. You may pay by credit or debit card using our secure online payment system. Your details are not kept by us. Alternatively you have the option of paying through PayPal using the PayPal button at checkout.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. | Shipping And Handling During checkout you will be able to choose from the shipping options available to your destination; please note that the time for shipping is in addition to the packing time - we aim to get your order to you within 5 working days but this may be extended during busy periods. |
| Delivery Schedule <With the exception of November and December, please allow 1-3 days for packing in addition to 1-4 days for delivery of any order placed, depending on your chosen delivery method and your location; in other words total time from order to receipt is between 3 and 7 working days (Monday - Friday excluding bank holidays/public holidays) . Please note that ParcelForce24 and ParcelForce48 are descriptive names for the delivery service only. It is still necessary to allow packing time in addition to this as mentioned. Our stock includes many items delivered weekly to maintain freshness as well as product made to order. That said, it is our aim for you to receive your order within a week and many orders arrive sooner. If your order is to be delayed beyond this we will contact you. If you have an urgent deadline please ensure that you contact us prior to ordering. Custom orders such as party kits will normally take 7-10 days for delivery from receipt of order but this is negotiable to suit your requirements. Please call us if in any doubt about delivery of your order. Our aim is to please and we will always accomodate requests for urgent delivery where possible.> |
