Pigment Powder Dye/Colour

Powdered mineral pigment colours suitable for most applications and stable in Cold Process soaps. Useful for projects where colour bleed is an issue. When using in Melt & Pour soaps blend with oil or a little melted soap base before adding to your mix to avoid clumping and spotting.

Pigments suspend rather than blend with water/liquids therefore they will not dye or colour your bath water. They will adhere to any oils present in your bath products and so can appear as a tidemark around a bath - if you have an old damaged enamel bath you might want to avoid them. Having said that, if you have an old damaged enamel bath it might well be vulnerable to all dyes/colours!

Pigment Colour Kit

Each sachet will contain approx one half gramme of colour, which is around an eighth of a teaspoon. Kit contains 5 different sachets; Ultramarine Pink, Blue and Violet and Chromium Oxide Green and Chromium Oxide Green Hydrated.
In bath bombs pigments can be used to create a range of pastel colours that are truly beautiful. A tiny amount is all you need in a kilo of bath bomb dry ingredients.
This kit will colour dozens and dozens of bath bombs or soaps representing excellent value for money and a great way to try out a range of colours inexpensively.
Hints tips and instruction sheet included with each kit. Pigments do not dissolve in water and are suitable for bath bomb and soap making as well as for tinting melts & massage bars and colouring bath salts. Also useful for a variety of craft projects. Non staining, alkali stable - work well in Cold Process soap making.
