We have a policy of sourcing all of our dry ingredients as close to home as possible. This ensures that not only do we keep the environmental impact of our activities to a minimum but that you also receive the freshest highest quality ingredients possible. We do pay more for our Citric Acid but we are proud that we never accept Citric Acid that has travelled the globe, suffered on its journey and often in its method of production and been produced months ago.

Europe is our current source of the majority of our dry ingredients - specifically the UK (Kaolin) France, Germany, Holland. In the beginning our Citric was also made in the UK. One day we hope that the UK will again produce the range of ingredients that it used to.
